Privacy policy

Who we are

This website, mynoahsark.org, is operated by Noah's Ark Daycare, a ministry of North Platte Baptist Church in North Platte, Nebraska. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Noah's Ark Daycare and North Platte Baptist Church.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you choose to send us:

• your name, email address and (optionally) phone number
• which location you're interested in
• your child's age(s), if you share them
• your message

When you visit any page, our web server automatically records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These server logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, and to limit spam on the contact form.

How we use it

• to reply to you and arrange a tour or answer your questions about childcare
• to protect the site and contact form from abuse

Contact form messages are delivered by email to the daycare location you select. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores a single small item in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie preference. You can review or change that choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If we ever add analytics, they will only run if you allow them there.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for parents and guardians. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. The only information about a child we ask for online is an optional age, provided by a parent. Enrollment records are handled separately, in person — not through this website.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to other websites, including North Platte Baptist Church, Google Maps (for directions), Facebook and X. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.

How long we keep information

Contact form emails are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for normal recordkeeping. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting either location below.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
